What customers say?

“ Lots of reviews saying they were charged incorrectly but there is obviously a menu, just check or ask for it before ordering it's not difficult :) We had a delicious meal with a beautiful view of the mosque, local families were eating as well. The service was very good, they waited for us to withdraw money from the ATM nearby. We initially decided to sit down for dinner after we bought a refreshing (actually) cold water from one of the very polite and respectful owner's kids. Definitely recommend, we had a great experience! ”

“ Great food! We had Salad, noodle soup, plov and skewers. All very traditional and tasty! The whole thing cost (include tea and service) about 15$. Highly recommended! ”

- Itay Katanov -

“ Amazing food and price is quite reasonable. There's no menu but the waiter will let you know what's available and also will show you the photos which are very helpful. If you want to know the price, just ask for it (seems to be something normal around the country). The shish was aaaaaaamazing. I had two (one lamb and one mince meat, wooooow. Didn't noticed it and ate a piece of fat from the lamb that was to die for. Bit of crispiness and super delicious. No alcohol in the menu, but make sure this doesn't stop you to try their food. ”

- Antonio Martín Mendieta -

“ Beautiful historic place to sit down for a meal, prices are slightly cheaper than fancier counterparts in the historic center. No credit card, and only 5% service charge than the usual 15% ”

- Kirby Go -

“ Great low cost option with a wonderful view of the nearby mosque. Good prices (laghman 20k), but a little difficult to find the servers at night. Got either an extra high service charge or rounding up on the bill, but still had a filling dinner with a great view for 45k. ”

- Josiah Wadsack -

“ I had a very good Plov and 1 litre of Coke for about €5. Nice topchan seating in the pleasant shaded outdoor area. Friendly service. ”

- Ben Avery -

“ Inexpensive food, comfortable space. A good spot to stop for lunch if u are too tired to go back to lyabi haus. Ordered one fried lagman, one chicken giz, 2 samsa, and a salad for 3 persons, cost 81400 som. ”

- Pei Sun Aw -

“ Comfortable area to eat on the side of all the sites in area. The food was average but the service was excellent. ”
